  Wow this place is full of morons, with the most pompous lying know it all, Wade topping the list as one of the rudest people I've ever meet. My story may bee a little long but i can't leave out every part because it's that bad. I rode my bicycle 8 miles with an in one touch screen computer running Windows 8 less than a year old strapped to it for complete nonsense. We only needed $50 to last us 4 days till we got paid and since I had pawned the very same computer there once before for $100 we figured it would be no problem. Wrong! First thing out of Wades mouth before it even starts up is your computer has to be full of malware, it shouldn't take this long. I calmly said no out just has a lot of start up apps and actually took this long to load since the day we bought it at Wal-Mart. He laughs at me and says "well there's your first mistake." Then the main screen comes on and he sees that my girlfriend's name happens to be the uses name and he says "I'm going to have to turn you down cause your names not Jennifer". I said "no but my girlfriend's is and she's just a mile or two back on her bike riding here now. I have her id right here in my wallet and you're welcome to call her. We only need the loan for 4 days and we'll buy it back just as we did 6 months ago." He laughs again and "well then I guess you'll just have to try art Cash America down the street and see off they'll give you anything for it. Or try not bringing broken things next time." Furious I said yeah you're right about one thing I'll certainly have to try another pawn shop with people who don't have their heads lodged up their you know whats." A few minutes later as I'm strapping the comp back down to my bike he comes out and shows me his side arm strapped to his leg and tells me the only reason I'm going to able to leave the parking lot is because he doesn't want to go to jail. Btw this the same man who promised me an old 35mm camera in exchange for printing up the pictures I took of him and his band while I was shooting a gig at Busters. Once I went through all the trouble of going through every shot to pick out the ones of them, edit and remaster all of them, print them and burn them to disk, and then hand deliver them to him, he takes them telling me he'll have the camera the next day. Then the following day tells me over the phone that his wife told him it's worth money and he should sell it online instead. Classy dude wade is. If you need a good pawn shop with fair honest people then go to Cash America or even better make the drive to Onalaska and go to Barts.

  This is bar none the best pawn shop Ive ever been to. I bought my first crossbow and bows from here. Wade gave me a couple what to do/not do lessons. He has always greeted like a good friend. Ill go to Richard's before going anywhere else because of the customer service and prices. Very knowledgable folks. Id like to say thank you for your service an money saving prices!
