- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Federal tax returns are a nuisance business they do for current customers primarily. IMO If you are like most people, your tax paperwork can be disorganized or you could be missing a document. DO NOT EXPECT ANY HELP OR ANSWERS after initial meeting. Their primary biz is bookkeeping for the small biz's around Livingston, Texas. Mike seems unable to multitask. He did not return a single phone call or email. No, he did email once, when he fired me as a customer. When I went to P/U my Doc's. I was handed a form I signed along with my tax paperwork. On the form was a highlighted paraghph indicating I expected "Immediate service". [Immediate means: INSTANT] They had my tax documents about 15 business days. I called them after 10 days to see if they had all necessary documents.(left 3 messages 3 dif. days to get an answer) I was missing a depreciation schedule. I tried to find out what I can do? No response! I got the impression calling them to check on the status was unheard of and when I pressed them for an answer. I was basicly told: ".....It’s not your turn..." expecting feed back got me fired Wow, what a peculiar customer service experience.By Rick N, August 02, 2017
